We have observed that the camera feed for {CameraName} at {BranchName} has been down since {StoppedDateTime}. Please look into the issue and restore its functionality. Once the feed is restored, kindly follow the steps below to resume detection on the Spotem portal.
Steps to reset the feed and detection service:
==========================================================
1. Please log in to Spotem
2. Click on Reset Service Button and Wait for Email acknowledgement
3. In few minutes you will acknowledged that service has been reset successfully
4. Go to camera configuration
5. Search for the camera name for which feed was not working
6. Check the Feed column status
7. It should show available and we are good
